| Duties: | Full-Time Therapy CA (chiropractic assistant) Case Manager
Hoogeveen Health Center is looking for a full-time Therapy CA (chiropractic assistant). Individual must be mature, results driven, energetic, upbeat, health conscious, and a team player. This position requires basic knowledge and understanding of anatomy and physiology. Our facility utilizes state of the art technology and advanced rehab techniques. You will be trained on-site.
Ultimately, you as the therapist, will be working alongside the doctor to rehab our patients, helping them to gain mobility and strength as quickly as possible.
The doctor has established a successful practice and is seeing a high volume of patients, this is due to a true concern for patients overall health and wellness supported by amazing customer service standards that we stand by.
Supporting other employees with work load will be vital to learn other aspects of the practice.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and friendly personality is necessary to keep our patients coming back, following through with their care plans and achieving their goals!
The Therapist’s / Case Managers job duties include but are not limited to:
Obtain patient’s medical history
Evaluates and administers treatment based upon doctors recommendations
Completes all appropriate documentation in the patient’s medical records
Instructs and educates patient and their family in appropriate patient care
Assists in total rehabilitation of the patient through communicating effectively
While performing clerical and other duties assigned throughout the office
Salary: $30,000.00 to $35,000.00 /year |
| Experience Required: | Experience Required: *Basic understanding in anatomy and or physiology
Bonus but not Required:
Proficient with rehab: including - ultrasound, electric stim, decompression, and stretching exercises
