Event Description: All women in the North Texas area are invited to join Newcomer Friends of Greater Plano Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at SMU in Plano, 5228 Tennyson Pkwy, Plano, TX for a free program. Come hear one of our club members, Beverly Wassberg, as she tells the fascinating story of how she and her husband were on a Swedish Reality T.V. show! The Great Swedish Adventure, or Allt För Sverige as it is known in Sweden, is a very popular television show in Europe. The unique thing is that both Beverly and her husband, Chuck, were of Swedish descent and fit the criteria of never having traveled to Sweden. They both made it on the show. The husband and wife duo are celebrities in Sweden and she has been approached three times in Texas by people who recognized her! Don’t miss this fun presentation.
