Get money smart with RBFCU! 💪 Financial Literacy Specialist, Michelle Herrera, took a trip over to Texas A&M to participate in their Money Smart Week initiative! 💰 We were thrilled to interact with Aggie students and equip them with the necessary knowledge and resources to help them navigate their financial futures with confidence.

Making a change, one shred at a time. Shred day at RBFCU’s Keller Branch was a huge success! 🌳 A whopping 12 tons of paper was recycled – saving 204 trees, diverting 36 cubic yards of waste from landfills and conserving 24 barrels of oil.

We love our teachers! ❤️ We recently sponsored Teacher Appreciation Night at the San Marcos High School Baseball Game. To show our gratitude for these amazing educators, we gifted them with shirts and other cool swag items.

And that’s a wrap at the #GreatTexasAirShow ✈️ Over 80,000 attendees were left in awe by the aviation marvels, and we were no exception! Thank you to the 502nd Air Base Wing at JBSA-Randolph for putting on such jaw-dropping aerial displays and demonstrations all weekend long. It was an honor to be part of this epic event! 🤩

Financial Literacy Specialists Jennifer Crawford and Michelle Herrera received the plaque recognizing RBFCU as first place in the Desjardins Youth Financial Education Awards as selected by the Cornerstone League.🏆 Presented on Thursday in Kansas City, Mo., the award reflected the work done by Jennifer and Michelle to present a financial education program to all fourth-grade classes in Comal ISD. Shaping the future leaders of tomorrow with the help of financial education! 💡 From October 2023 to March 2024, our Financial Literacy team partnered with Comal Independent School District to empower their 4th graders with essential money smarts - from spending wisely to entrepreneurship! 💰 Over 1,900 students across 20 campuses embarked on this financial journey. 💪 The district held its grand finale at its Entrepreneurship Expo on March 26th. Participating students showcased their entrepreneurial spirit by presenting their "Texas Treasures" products.
