Altitude Pole Fitness & Aerial Arts Frisco

I've been coming here for the past few months and have been loving it! Every instructor I've come across has been incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. The classes are small enough that they're able to give individual help. It's very easy to schedule classes with the app but everyone is also very helpful if there are any issues. It's always such a great workout without feeling like a workout and they have a very enticing intro offer if you're thinking about just trying it out

First time going was Sunday, did arial silks yoga.... absolutely amazing and so much fun!! Not too hard for new comer and very patient and fun teacher!

Did not feel uncomfortable even being new at it. Everyone who worked there was very nice and accommodating. Looking forward to more classes!

Great studio. Very knowledgeable and supportive staff. It's a workout that is so much fun that it doesn't even seem like I'm working out !!!

I booked a pole dancing class for a bachelorette party and unfortunately due to covid a week before, we had to reschedule. They couldn't accommodate us for the weekend after and due to it being a bachelorette party, we couldn't push it out another week. They are very strict and wouldn't refund the $200 deposit even thought they were given a 26 hour notice of cancellation. They are also hard to communicate with. I had to send 3 emails asking for refund which no one responded to. Even made a call and left my info for a call back which no one responded to. Finally called again and the owner called back. I wouldn't do business with this place due to the fact they are unwilling to work with cancellations even due to health concerns.

The staff at Altitude have created an environment that is open, friendly, and welcoming. After every class, I have felt some sort of camaraderie with other class members and with the teachers, plus I always leave feeling like I accomplished something.

I had first bought their special for 4 classes/$49 so I could try the different mediums of aerial arts, and then I moved onto buying a package. I appreciate that they offer a variety of classes at different levels, so everyone has the opportunity to try out what they like.

I have attempted silks, silk hammock, pole, and the flexibility classes - and I am a fan! They are all equally challenging and rewarding. I highly recommend for your first silk hammock class, to sign up with Dahlia. She is a great instructor, explains moves thoroughly and is a boss babe. For flexibility, Kate is your girl. Sunday morning classes with her will kickstart the rest of your week.

I had been wanting to try these types of classes before, and was too chicken or too 'busy' to do so, and I'm very happy I changed my mindset because this little studio always makes my day.

Freaking in love with this studio! I just discovered it on classpass and it blew my expectations away. I attended a level 1 basic air yoga class and the instructor was very patient and guided us through introductory postures at first before we turned upside down!

It gave me new confidence and it's always nice to try something new! Give the studio a shot! They also have pole dancing classes, which I'm tempted to try now.

The space was beautiful! I did open class (pole) there and the staff were incredibly friendly, informative, and welcoming. Using the system and check in were very easy. When visiting this area again I'll definitely be coming back!

I just started taking classes here. So far I've had 2 pole classes - One with Krista & One with Chelsea. Loved both teachers. They're great at making newbies feel comfortable while teaching the foundations of pole.
Took my 2nd aerial yoga class w/ Tricia D & LOVED it! If you like yoga, try this. It's a deeper stretch into your movements. Calm smooth flows but surprisingly a great work out. Tricia D is excellent, patient, knowledgeable & easy to follow.
This place is clean, has friendly staff, lots of parking & a lot of classes to choose from. I am addicted to the classes here!

There's nothing like it in this area! I love coming here for pole although they offer aerial classes, dance classes, etc. The staff are so friendly and always inviting here. I'm always challenged here and I feel stronger every time I come. And it's fun!

Very bad experience! If it's for a bday or party definitely would not recommend unless you have exactly 11 people or less for the pole class. The 12 person would have to sit out even if they also paid in advanced the full fee, 11 person limit was not mentioned. The class itself really does not have any structure for an event did not teach us even a whole song through feel like it was not the experience expected. Music played maybe half the time. Second time going to a similar event and was let down in comparison. More of a place to go for fitness and for a hobby not a party.
