Came here for date night with another couple, 4 of us in total. The place is beautifully decorated and the service is great. However, the food not so great.
Cheese Board- 10/10. Manchego cheese and the Serrano ham were great.
Pan con Tomate- 5/10 tomatoes very bland, bread freshly toasted
Dates- 10/10
Patatas Brava 6/10. Sauce very overpowering
Grilled Octopus- 3/10. Not fully grilled, slimy, and unknown aftertaste.
Ham Croquettes- 6/10 Overfried, coating not burned, but close to it.
Seafood Paella- 2/10. It was burned on the bottom, rice needed to be scraped off. Very little rice, very greasy.
We looking forward to the Paella when we came here, very disappointed.

I checked out this place for the first time today. It was a great atmosphere and the patio was really nice.

They have a lunch special that's a pick 2 for $15 and I got the patatas bravas and Pintxo platter. My colleague got the ham croquettes and Cuban sandwich.

The chicken on the Pintxo platter was seasoned perfectly and it was a good texture. Everything was a pretty big serving for the lunch special. I'd definitely come back for happy hour. I want to try the paella too but it takes 30 minutes so I need to come not on lunch.

Ela our server was very kind. My friend had her surprise him with the tapas choice in the pick 2 and she chose the croquettes. He wasn't disappointed at all! We also saw the table next to us celebrated a birthday and she brought out dessert with candles and cards signed by the staff. Such a nice touch!

Service and ambiance was fitting for a good social gathering with friends. Tapas are always smaller portion but the flavors were great! Came here and it was a great place for friend and me to catch up. Waiter was also professional, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for those seeking a good time! Wait can be long but it's worth it

Great vibe. Beautiful place. Good food and good drinks. The best part... happy hour until 7... EVEN ON WEEKENDS. I haven't been to place in 4 years. No clue why I waited so long to come back but the food and service seem better than before. I can't wait to get back.

This restaurant is one of my favorites in Legacy West. We came during happy hour, which runs from 4-7 PM. If you sit at the bar, there are some happy hour tapas. However, you can still get the happy hour beverage pricing if you can't get a seat at the bar. I always get the sangria blanca pitcher every time I come (and I save around $20 with HH!) -- we asked our server if they could make it with less sugar somehow, and they were able to, and it still tasted amazing.

The restaurant itself had a good amount of seats indoor and at the patio. We sat at the patio, and it smelled a little funky (almost like a bathroom), but this was our first time experiencing this at the patio.

My favorite tapas are the cannelloni and the ceviche de jalapeño. The cannelloni is so flavorful and delicious. The ceviche is amazing -- I get this every time. The only dish we didn't enjoy was the shrimp stuffed jalapeños. It was a little too wet, and I just didn't think the flavors were that special. The tuna tartare is also good, but I think I would rather just get the ceviche since it has more flavor to it. The bulla burger was also very flavorful! It is pretty sweet, but it worked well with the burger.

It is recommended to get a reservation if you can since it can get a little busy, but I think this is the perfect place for a date night or a nice dinner out!

This is one of my favorite places to frequent whenever I'm in the mood for some tasty tapas and paella, without having to make the trek all the way towards downtown Dallas. This is a great spot to come for a date night, a girls dinner, or even just to indulge in a few drinks and bar bites during their happy hour.

A few of my favorites when I come here are the patatas bravas, garlic shrimp, ham croquettes, albondigas, the seafood paella, ceviche, and their grilled octopus, just to name a few. The patatas bravas are a must for me each time I go. So delicious and perfect for sharing! their albondigas (meatballs) are also one of my faves because of how juicy and tender they are! The seafood paella is always a great one to order, especially with a larger group as it is perfect for sharing amongst 4-6 people. As you can see, you really can't go wrong with any of their dishes here!

As for drinks, I usually will order the sangria or their bougie palmer. It's even better during happy hour when they have specials for both of these drinks!

Overall, this remains one of my most frequented restaurants for so many different occasions as their food and drinks are consistently delicious and reasonably priced.

When I was traveling to Dallas my friend bring me she's favorite restaurant. I loved this place.

I recommended Seafood jambalaya and octopus here. That's outstanding but anything's else was just ok for me.
If you visiting this place you should try their sangria cocktail but a bit sweet. Best sangria cocktail ever!!!

Food serving was fast expected jambalaya. It take 30mins so if you wanna eat that trying to order first before you try appetizer.

Our waiter was great but slow serving. When we called him but wait a bit time for he came to our table.

I love this place interior. So pretty and modern and clean. Not too noisy so easy to talk with friend while eat.
Highly recommend this place! If you are in the this area should give a shot.

This place had amazing food. I seldom visit a Spanish restaurant but I was glad that I did. We enjoyed every single dish and they were all good. The waiter that served us was very attentive and we left him a nice tip. Although we sat outside, the heater was nice and toasty and we really had a great time. I would be happy to return and try more of their dishes.

From the mimosa tower to the paella to the tapas, brunch at Bulla Gastrobar is absolutely delicious.

The mimosa is DIY. Pour your champagne, choose your juice (orange, passion fruit, cranberry), and then add your favorite fruits. It's an experience!

The Paella Mixta has calamari, clams, shrimp, chicken, chorizo, soffrito, and saffron. It's super flavorful and they do not skimp on the ingredients!

Ceviche de Jalapeño comes in a beautiful cup of shrimp, fish, roasted jalapeño, fresh lime & orange served with plantain chips. It's bursting with flavors and super refreshing.

The Smoked Salmon Montaditos is served on bread with cream cheese and truffle honey. As a smoked salmon lover, the smoked salmon did not disappoint.

Grilled Octopus comes with corn purée, which is sweet and provides a nice flavoring to the octopus.
