Dillas Quesadillas is a new fast casual restaurant concept in Plano - An American take on a Mexican favorite... the Quesadilla! We're speedy, but we're not your typical "fast food" joint. We use high quality, fresh ingredients and develop all recipes in house. We smoke meats, prep fresh veggies and make our scratch sauces daily to bring the freshest, most flavorful meals possible to our customers! We cook each quesadilla to order - fresh tortilla on the grill, veggies start sizzling, and fries go down in the fryer! Whether you eat with us or zip through the drive-thru - you'll have a quality quesadilla meal waiting!

Stopped on a Tuesday wanted Mexican and decided to try them. Had never heard of them. They had two cars in the drive through. Went in started reading the menu about two minutes in we were told sorry we closed 5 minutes ago you have to leave.
Cool I won't be back oh and turn off the open sign!

Another return visit to get some good food. We have eaten here, Plano and McKinney locations since our last visit here. Yummy. Did you know they have a location in LA now. They are growing.

UPDATE Mar 2021 We ate here and other Collin County locations several times during worst of virus crises last year. Good news: as of Mar 10th the store will not require customers to wear masks. Optional. The store will continue virus mitigation efforts and employees will wear masks for now. Feb 2020 Traffic advice. Avoid the traffic on Preston Rd and enter by way of Ohio Dr east of restaurant. Turn onto Prestmont Place to come in the back way. You will have to drive thru various parking lots but you avoid cars on Preston Rd. Back to enjoy buy 1 get 1 free was a birthday coupon from their loyalty club

Apr 25, 2017Previous reviewHappy to help with the training of the staff at the new second location of Dillas. The dillas were excellent. We'll be coming back here for more. Owner was very generous to sponsor free meals to help train his staff today. Grand opening scheduled for April 28th 2017. When driving north on Preston Rd go into the Cain's Chicken parking lot to access Dillas. If you drive past you will have to u-turn to get back there. Alternate route is to drive west on Prestmont Place, a side road off of Ohio Drive which parallels Preston Rd.

I love their Bluebonnet quesadilla that has mushrooms, spinach, jalapeños, with their seasoned fries. Dilla's is my favorite place to stop at while at Frisco!

Ended up going with some gorilla friend and the fluffy. It was very filling and flavorful. If you are into some really sweet tea, they have that as well.

3252463Apr 1, 2023Great selection of quesadillas. We had a steak founder, Buffalo bacon, and plain-o. Nice change from the typical mix of fast food places in the DFW area. Quick service and friendly staff. The Dillas were a tasty snack.

Go to for quesadillas can't go wrong with the founder steak and the chicken quesadilla. The guac sauce and Queso are a must. Clean place and very nice staff!
