Best realtor ever! I have worked with the Kennerly's for over 15 years. When I first moved to the Frisco area, Brad spent days showing me rental properties. When I was ready to purchase my first house, Brad was there. And full circle, just sold my house in Frisco and Brad and his brother went above and beyond to make it happen. House was only on the market for 2 days and I got well over the asking price. They are true professionals that know the market inside and out!

We met Karl Kennerly when he was selling other homes in our neighborhood. When we decided to sell our existing home and purchase another, we went with Karl because everyone who used him before had great experiences. With Karl's assistance we purchased the new home, sold ours in less than a week and for more than the asking price. This sales price set a new high comp for our neighborhood. We were ecstatic.

Karl was available whenever needed and both closings went flawlessly. Karl even got the closing on the sale of our exiting house moved up, saving us even more money. The process could not have gone better.

Initial experience after asking the same question is that the customer service here is sub-par at best. Bobby Fletcher was not really helpful in initial introduction emails. Doesn't make me want to work with this company.

I would say he probably also needs some sales experience as well. We are actively looking for a rental and after one question he blew me off quickly without even trying to build a relationship or offered to keep me posted on any rentals in any other areas or that he would let me know about future rentals.

Not impressed.

Best experience we have ever had buying/selling a home. Karl with Kennerly Properties was knowledgeable, experienced and demonstrated true concern for our family's needs. Karl initially helped us sell my elderly Mother's home. We were so impressed by the experience that we hired Kennerly Properties to both list our personal home for sale, and to buy a new one. Through all 3 transactions, Karl worked tirelessly to ensure we achieved the best possible outcome - from advising us on updates, to coaching us on selling price, even steering us clear of troubled properties that appeared to be a good deal on the surface. The total value this company brings to the table cannot be overstated - we got a better price for our listings and got our new home for a better deal by following the Kennerly Property program. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.
