Daniel Santana was simply wonderful to work with. He dealt with the insurance company and our solar installer to get the job done. I had to reschedule the roof replacement several times due to issues on my end and they were understanding and accommodating. Daniel has given me permission to give out his number (850-502-6853). This is a review for Rowley Roofing and, in particular, it's owner Colson. They replaced my roof about two years ago. We had a small leak months later and Colson did not hesitate to identify where the leak originated, fixed that, and quickly repaired any small paint issue on the interior.

I had forgotten about it and about a year later I was in the attic and noticed a small amount of mildew from where the prior leak originated. Without hesitation, Colson came by and remediated the situation. True professional with strong ethics. Someone I'd comfortably recommend to friends and family.

This is going to sound odd but I am a Social Worker & can't give the details but this company has gone way beyond what they should to help someone I am working with. I am absolutely amazed by their generosity but even more their integrity. Integrity is not a word I use normally when talking about roofing & construction but in this case, that description is well deserved. Thank you Rowley Roofing.

Dana at Rowley Roofing has helped us tremendously. We were not all knowledgeable about the process of filing a claim with insurance, adjusters and the entire process which seemed complex. He explained everything and was able to make us comfortable. He talks fast so feel free to ask him to slow down. He's been doing this a long time so he knows his stuff. We have replaced two roofs on two different properties. His crew was quick, efficient, clean and got the job done. Highly recommend Dana and his crew.

Great experience! Was referred to Dana Gregory through Thumbtack.com, and he is the BEST! Super friendly, always follows up, always keeps in touch. His crew came today to replace my entire roof. They started right time, as scheduled, and completed the job quickly. They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Dana even followed up with final photos of the completed roof for me. My job is still in process, however, I have been very pleased with the efforts, communication and follow through with Dana Gregory and team at Rowley Roofing. Moving to TX from .CA and having a major hail storm damage our roof after closing our purchase only two weeks prior was a very upsetting experience. Trying to get honest quotes from hovering roofers was a daunting task. It felt like Chicago during the Capone reign with everyone on the take. Then appears Dana Gregory who showed me what to look for in the way of damage and didn't ask me for my insurance quote or deductible and quoted me a fair price. He even made recommendations to improve our poor drainage and gutter situation.
