| Duties: | Frisco Family Services is seeking a Director of Business Services to provide oversight for the day to day management and operation of the agencys Finance Department and general oversight/leadership to the Resale Store Manager. Responsibilities include cash management, AR/AP, financial transaction posting, payroll, preparing monthly financial statements and analysis, preparing budgets, preparing reports for auditors and other entities, benefits administration and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and state and federal regulations. This position will be supported by a bookkeeper. This position will also provide general oversight and leadership to Management staff responsible for the day to day operation of the agencys resale store. Individual must be a strategic thinker, have proven leadership and supervisory skills, business acumen, the ability to manage accounting and financial control functions, drive the financial strategy for the profitable long-term growth of our resale store, be dependable, honest and a detail-oriented self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills. Ideal candidates will have a BA in accounting or Finance, 10+ years of accounting experience, retail operations/sales experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Access; ability to utilize accounting and database software and proficiency with QuickBooks.
