Event Description: This is one ribbon cutting ceremony you will NOT want to miss!!!  Make plans to attend this fun ribbon cutting celebration, and help us welcome Mike Mangrum and his staff to Frisco and to our chamber of commerce.  The ribbon cutting ceremony will take place as close to 10:45 a.m. as possible.  FREE wings for a year will be given away....details soon!
