I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with something seasonal and special. Ann went extra mile to make suggestions and make sure it was personalized. I've been looking for a flower shop that I could count on for quality and service and I found it with flowerama thanks to Ann. This place is my go-to from now on.

We bought a number of flowers for my dad's funeral here. Steve (Erick) came over and spent time with us walking through each option including custom pieces. The time he took with us and his attention to detail was both unexpected and welcomed.

On delivery day, there was an ice storm, delaying flowers he needed. Steve not only braved the storms to get this done for us, he took the time to call me and talk through what he could do.

I called back and spoke with Tye about a time and delivery change. I was surprised to find the same amount of thoughtfulness from Tye that I received from Steve.

Everything arrived on time and was better than we even expected.

Quality
Mastery. Although I knew they were limited on flowers, I was the only one that knew. Everything came out wonderfully!

I can't say enough great things about Flowerama! I will support this business and invite everyone I know to do the same!

I wish I had taken pictures! Sadly, our nephew passed away suddenly about a month ago. During those times, you really don't have the presence of mind to think. I called Flowerama and they handled everything! They asked the name of the funeral home and what colors. When we arrived the flowers were there and so gorgeous! A friend just called to ask me where they were from which reminded me to write a review. Flowerama will be our go-to whenever we want flowers!!!

I bought an arrangement for my mom for Valentine's. My son got one for his girlfriend. They were both STUNNING! If you are not buying your flowers here, then start. You will not be disappointed. They are still looking beautiful today! Thank you Flowerama!!

Beautiful arrangement that they customized and delivered as promised. Price was less than half the competitor. We got so many compliments and inquiries. Loved working with them and the arrangement was perfect.

I can't express enough how much I love this shop, everyone here is so kind and friendly. They are always making sure their arrangements are as fresh as possible before they leave the store. Tom and Cora are some of the sweetest people I have ever met. Whenever I have any event, I always go to them period. They have never disappointed me in the quality and selection of bouquets and arrangements. You are getting what you pay for from this shop, the value of these flowers are so wonderful.

I placed an order for my daughter-in-law to congratulate her on her new job. Everything that could go wrong did, but the owner took over my issue and resolved it the same day. I am out of state and placed my order online, unknown to me my DIL got a new phone & new number on Sunday. I scheduled the delivery for Monday. The driver called me and left a message that he was unable to make the delivery because it was a large bank campus and my DIL wasn't answering her phone. The next day I received an email that my delivery had been made but I knew if it had been my DIL would have called. I called and the owner immediately took control and assured me that the delivery would be made that day if she had to do it herself. The beautiful arrangement arrived and my DIL was thrilled. Thank you Flowerama for taking such care with my order. I will definitely be back.

I ordered this bouquet to be sent to my mother in the hospital paid xtra for large bouquet and got this. Look at picture of what I ordered compared to what was delivered. I paid approximately $140 for this? I would never recommend them if you order online for delivery.

Update ... I called them this morning, they are suppose to correct the issue. I will post the new arrangement when it is delivered. The man that answered the phone was very courteous and said he would fix problem immediately. They remade the arrangement and posted is the new one. My new rating would be 5 out of 5 for customer service and satisfaction.

I ordered this on their website and this was what was delivered to my mother who was in a therapy center in Plano, Tx. The first two pictures was what was delivered.

Tom and his team did an incredible job on my wedding flowers. My bouquet was GIANT and everything came together as beautiful as I imagined. Tom worked with me to come up with a game plan for what colors and flowers l would work perfectly with my bridesmaids dresses and other decor. His team was EARLY for setup and I was so happy that I could sit back and watch it come together. They completed our table centerpieces, arch floral pieces, a fresh floral headpiece, bouquets, boutonnières and wrist corsages. I would definitely use Flowerama again and will be ordering my friends birthday flowers from them this week.
