On Point Dentistry

In the 2 years I've lived in Texas, I had been to two different Dentist offices. Both left me disappointed. I even considered flying to Seattle to see my old Dentist, until I met Dr. Caballeros.

I've had 2 appointments so far at On Point Dentistry and both have been wonderful. It's a little bit of a drive for me, but totally worth it. Every staff member is professional, knowledgeable and nice to talk with.

As long as I'm living in the DFW area, I'll be going here.

I've been going here for a couple of years and it is by far, the best Dentist office I have been to. From the moment you walk in, it's very warm and inviting, all the way to the end of your appointment.

Dr. Caballeros and his team are exactly what another reviewer stated, AMAZING! Extraordinary and excellent customer service.

Dr. Caballeros is very detailed and knowledgeable. He doesn't try to upsell you on unnecessary procedures and is always patient listening to your concerns. My tribe of 5 go here, and everyone from the youngest (12) to the eldest (20), actually don't complain about visiting a Dentist office. That should tell you something.

I live in Frisco and as much as I wish his office is closer, I will drive to wherever Dr. Caballeros' office is. I know you would too, once you check him out.

I was referred to Dr. Caballeros office by a close friend. I have always kept up my yearly cleanings and felt I knew the drill; what new information could they provide me with. I was so wrong! Since I could remember, I have always had issues with my jaw locking or popping. Even during regular cleanings, my jaw would lock up. Over the years, I've discussed this issue with multiple Dentists, and explained I cannot open my mouth wide because it will lock/pop easily. Since I've discussed this with the Dentist themselves and was never told this was not normal, I assumed it happened to everyone. During the first 10 minutes of meeting with Dr. Caballeros, he informed me of my issue and I felt like a light bulb lit up. This explained so much! I can't believe I was never told this was an issue until now. I literally assumed this was normal and happened to everyone. The best part is that since I was diagnosed early on, my treatment is minimal. Had I have gone longer without knowing, surgery could have been in my future.

My dental hygienist was very sweet, gentle, and knowledgeable. I have sensitive gums and usually leave with my gums inflamed. This did not happen with my cleaning. My gums just felt like they got an amazing cleaning with almost to zero irritation.

Scheduling an appointment with Jamila is extremely fast and easy. She is so sweet and has such a welcoming smile when you enter.

Over the years, I have never been a fan of going to the dentist. However, my experience at On Point Dentistry was surprisingly very pleasant. I came in for a routine cleaning and to have a night guard prepared for me. The Office had the foresight of fitting me for my night guard before the cleaning so that I could leave with a clean mouth. Afterward, Dr. Caballeros inspected my teeth and provided a very detailed summary of his findings which we would monitor (in particular, evidence of teeth grinding). I left with a clean mouth and a better understanding of my oral health. Overall, I would highly recommend and entrust Dr. Caballeros and his staff with your dental needs.

Dr. Caballeros took over my original dentist practice when he retired. I have since left use a different dentist. He raised his prices and attempted to perform procedures that my new dentist has told me I do not need.

While he seems nice, I do not trust that he had my best interest in mind and he is simply out to make money off of me.
