BasePoint offers behavioral health and substance use treatment for adolescents ages 11-18 and emerging adults ages 18-30. With two levels of care—Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)—we provide a safe, supportive space for teens to develop coping skills, set healthy boundaries, and build trust, while continuing their education with the help of our Education Counselor.
Our Breakthrough by BasePoint offers support to young adults by bridging the gap in mental health services for those transitioning from adolescence to young adulthood.
BasePoint’s unique approach allows teens and young adults to receive treatment during the day and return home each evening. Frisco Chamber members can trust BasePoint to support families navigating mental health challenges with accessible, high-quality care.
