We make every single one of our pops from real, high-quality ingredients by hand. All of our fruit is brought in fresh and broken down by our kitchen staff, not in a frozen puree. All citrus is juiced fresh in-house and we grow our own herbs and peppers. After we form our mixes for the flavors we flash-freeze all of our pops in about 12 minutes. This is why our pops are much less icy than others. A list of our flavors is below divided into our three categories. Below each flavor is the general time of the year you can expect to find such a flavor. They do rotate and every flavor will not be available at all times.
